The Bakery Helper supports the bakery team with daily production and customer service. This role helps prepare bread, cakes, and other baked goods, keeps displays full and inviting, and assists customers with orders in a friendly, helpful way. • Assist in preparing and baking bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and baking guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Answer basic questions about products, ingredients, and availability.
• Provide excellent service and help create a welcoming bakery environment.

• Keep bakery cases and displays fully stocked, neat, and visually appealing.

• Assist bakers and team members with daily tasks as needed.
