Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our long-term care facility. The Administrator will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and financial sustainability while fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all facility operations in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure quality resident care and maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and reimbursement processes
• Serve as the primary liaison with residents, families, regulatory agencies, and the community
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare for inspections and surveys

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and best operational practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• 5 years of experience in a nursing home or similar setting
