This role empowers strategic customers to realize measurable business outcomes by translating data into actionable insights and value narratives. You will lead the end-to-end data-to-value process, from mapping customer objectives to KPIs, analyzing structured and unstructured data, to producing defensible recommendations that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. The position requires strong collaboration with customer success, analytics, and operations teams to ensure insights scale across accounts through repeatable frameworks, templates, and playbooks. You will be central in delivering executive-ready presentations, value scorecards, and actionable plans that demonstrate ROI. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact, data-driven outcomes in a fast-paced, remote, and growth-focused environment.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead structured workshops with customer stakeholders to clarify objectives, constraints, success criteria, and translate them into measurable frameworks.
  • Analyze structured data (product usage, engagement metrics, CRM/CS platforms) and synthesize unstructured data (call notes, surveys, emails) to uncover insights and blockers.
  • Build transparent value models (ROI, TCO, productivity impact) with assumptions logs, sensitivity analyses, and confidence ratings.
  • Produce executive-ready deliverables, including Value Scorecards, Customer Objective Maps, Executive Value Readouts, and Value Realization Plans.
  • Equip customer success teams with insights, talk tracks, and actionable plans for strategic accounts.
  • Standardize top-account learnings into templates, KPI dictionaries, dashboards, and playbooks to scale value delivery across the broader customer base.
  • Partner with CS Ops, RevOps, and analytics teams to operationalize repeatable reporting workflows and value measurement frameworks.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in value consulting, customer outcomes, CS Ops/RevOps analytics, solutions consulting, or management consulting with a focus on value realization.
  • Ability to translate structured and unstructured data into clear insights and executive-ready stories that drive action.
  • Strong quantitative skills: advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and SQL preferred.
  • Experience extracting themes from qualitative sources and reconciling them with quantitative signals.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in KPI design, ROI/payback modeling, assumptions management, and confidence grading.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, including narrative development, charts, and executive-ready slides.
  • Nice-to-haves: SaaS post-sale experience, enablement/sales productivity metrics familiarity, repeatable measurement frameworks, and KPI dictionaries.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight), product usage software (e.g., PX, Pendo), CRM platforms, and value-focused platforms is desirable.

Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $130,000$140,000.
  • Fully remote work with flexibility to align hours across time zones.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid parental leave, flexible time off, and company holidays.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace with recognition programs and awards for top employers.
  • Access to tools and resources to support employee experience, collaboration, and impact.
