About This Position
RECIPROCITY ASSOCIATE
Classification/Status: Non-Exempt – Full Time
Reporting To: Reciprocity Manager
Overview:
The Reciprocity Associate will perform specialized clerical duties which require frequent exercise of independent judgment and a thorough understanding of applicable procedures in the department. The Reciprocity Associate is a full-time position, with a core work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Position Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound reciprocity forms, including setting up and updating reciprocal authorizations.
- Issue promissory letters to Outside Trusts.
- Process temporary hours based on promissory letters received from Outside Trusts.
- Prepare documents for scanning.
- Act as a resource for Outside Trusts and members who have concerns and questions.
- Open, sort, and process incoming correspondence and remittances from Outside Trusts and members.
- Data entry and other duties as assigned.
- Prepare and complete end-of-month Reciprocity Prelim Reports for closeout. This includes managing the process from start to finish, ensuring all data is accurately compiled, verified, and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with internal deadlines and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and alignment of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Perform and assist with other duties as requested or assigned by department Director, Manager and/or Team Lead.
- Provide excellent customer service to all CSAC stakeholders.
- Complete administrative tasks needed to maintain all department projects on track.
- Assist with projects assigned by and to the department.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Two (2) years of related experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite products.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus).
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.
- Ability to lift 10–50 pounds when necessary.

Travel:
- Minimal travel to business related events, offices, and/or seminars may be required.
