We are hiring an In-House Recruiter to join Monarchs Talent Acquisition team, a high-performing group responsible for keeping 2,400+ positions staffed nationwide. This role is far more than transactional recruiting, youll be a trusted partner, advisor, and mentor to hiring managers in the ST. Louis market.

You will support hiring for on-site roles at Monarch-owned communities, helping leaders attract, select, and retain top talent in competitive markets.

This position is based in Affton, MO and will office out of The Villages at General Grant. This is not a remote or work from home role.
