  • Process payroll adjustments, corrections, and updates within the payroll system while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Verify employee onboarding and payroll documentation, including tax details, banking information, and personal records.
  • Liaise with U.S.-based store and district managers to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support payroll reporting, including gross profit and payroll-related analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll and pay/bill processes, ensuring greater efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR and finance tasks, including payroll-related special projects and data reporting needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management or payroll operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems is required.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients in a payroll or HR capacity.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of organizational and time management ability in deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Benefits:
  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from 55,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP
  • Non-taxable allowances
  • HMO coverage starting after one month of employment (up to 100,000 PHP per illness)
  • Fixed weekends off and night shift schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
  • Paid leave benefits upon regularization (up to 20 days annually)
  • Onsite onboarding with transition to a work-from-home setup
  • Learning and development programs for career growth
  • Employee engagement activities and supportive team culture
