Litigation Attorney – Real Estate
Indianapolis, IN

A growing real estate law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Indianapolis litigation team. This role offers significant long-term career advancement, meaningful client interaction, and hands-on responsibility across all phases of civil litigation.

Practice Areas Include:

  • Real property disputes
  • Enforcement of covenants and restrictions
  • Contract disputes
  • Construction defect litigation

Qualifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Indiana
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, contract, or governmental civil matters preferred)
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with significant client contact and public speaking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft-based systems and legal software
  • Availability during business hours, with occasional evenings/weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload
  • Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take/defend depositions
  • Handle motion practice, trial prep, trials, and appellate work
  • Manage billing, tasks, and support staff
  • Advise clients on case strategy and status
