About the Role:

As a Server within the management of companies and enterprises sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for clients and guests. Your primary objective will be to efficiently take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer needs with professionalism and attentiveness. You will act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Ultimately, your efforts will support the company’s reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction, fostering repeat business and positive client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
