Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on best practices in B2B sales and account management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and product demos.
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
• Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and upselling existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B technology or retail sectors.
• Strong management skills with experience leading a team in a sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively to potential clients.
