Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support

- Provide medical care as directed by healthcare professionals, including medication reminders and basic health monitoring

- Communicate clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress

- Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure client well-being

- Support clients in engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional health

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in home health care, caregiving, or related field preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow detailed care instructions and safety procedures

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED
• Minimum1 year In-Home Care experience
• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Current First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Driver’s License/State ID
