SLSCO, Ltd, one of the nation's premier rapid response and long-term disaster recovery firms in the nation, is seeking a QuickBase Administrator to join our team.
Overview
SLSCO Ltd. and its affiliates utilize the QuickBase platform as our Construction Management and General Contracting System of Record. Our goal is to find an experienced, enthusiastic individual to function as the lead system administrator. The QuickBase Administrator reports to the Division Vice President of Housing for SLSCO Ltd.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The QuickBase Administrator will manage all aspects of the QuickBase platform function/development and support for all new and existing Housing Program across the United States. Responsibilities will include:
- Support and lead as needed in the implementation of the QuickBase platform for SLSCO Ltd Housing Team for all Programs.
- Function as point of contact for QuickBase user requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
- Function as point of contact for internal employees as issues are identified and manage the issue to resolution.
- Work closely with Housing Leadership, Project Management, Accounting, and Information Technology teams to establish current needs and future enhancements.
- Implement software updates and integrate the system to client systems as needed.
- Manage and set up new users and security as needed.
- Train new users.
- Generate user guidelines and processes.
- Aide project teams with analytics and provide tools to operation staff to maximize their use and abilities with QuickBase.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- BS/AA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Construction Management preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Prefer 2 years experience with developing QuickBase platform.
- Knowledge/Experience in program/project management, & construction project processes including forecasting, cost control, and scheduling.
- Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Customer service skills, focused attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
- Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
