Job Title : Office Coordinator / Entry level (Remote)
Description We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars. * Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses. * Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed. * Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and available. * Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation. * Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers. * Assist in organizing company events, such as team-building activities and celebrations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Qualifications: * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. * Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely. * Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling challenges. * Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred but not required.
