Security Cooperation Program Manager – Foreign Area Officer (FAO) at EEC Solutions – Jbphh, Hawaii

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide security cooperation program management support for PACAF International Affairs. Synchronize and coordinate security cooperation activities and engagements with Indo-Pacific partner nations. Develop assessments, reports, and strategic communication for senior leadership. Support planning, execution, and evaluation of theater security cooperation programs and engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Synchronize, plan, and coordinate security cooperation operations across the Indo-Pacific AOR.

* Analyze theater engagement rhythms and prioritize events aligned with strategic goals.

* Track and disseminate DoD security cooperation guidance.

* Develop and execute assessment and monitoring frameworks for security cooperation initiatives.

* Provide expert country desk support and recommend partner nation engagement strategies.

* Support strategic engagement coordination and senior leader briefings.

* Prepare reports and presentations compliant with DoD, USAF, USINDOPACOM, and PACAF standards.

* May require CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Required Education: Bachelor's Degree. Masters preferred.

* Required Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Foreign Area Officer (FAO) with Indo-Pacific expertise.

* Required Certifications/Licenses: Ability to obtain a DOD CAC.

* Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Security Clearance.

* Preferred Qualifications: Indo-Pacific language skills, security cooperation assessment experience, HQ MAJCOM or equivalent staff experience.
