Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Bluegrass Airport – Lexington, Kentucky

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep an airport maintenance team running smoothly? Join our Facilities Team as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and play a key role in planning, scheduling, and supporting all maintenance operations — including during inclement weather when airport operations are critical.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, including preventive and reactive work orders.

• Track training, compliance, and certifications for the maintenance team.

• Manage inventory, order parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement.

• Assist with budget planning, capital projects, and major equipment purchases.

• Generate and analyze reports from the CMMS system to support leadership decisions.

• Operate and support snow removal and other airport operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of administrative or maintenance-related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn web-based systems.

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under stress, manage emergencies, and handle flexible schedules.

• Valid Kentucky driver’s license (CDL a plus).
