About the Job:

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person to keep our Hamilton facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is a full-time position that reports to the Maintenance Department. The job includes cleaning, taking out trash, helping with general upkeep, and lending a hand with small repairs when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas clean and stocked
• Take out trash and recycling
• Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces
• Move and lift items as needed (up to about 50 lbs)
• Help with small maintenance or repair jobs when asked
• Let the maintenance team know if anything’s broken or unsafe
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas neat

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who shows up on time and takes pride in their work
• Can communicate in English
• Basic maintenance or repair skills are a plus
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for most of the day
• Experience cleaning or working in a warehouse, plant, or facility is helpful but not required
