Job Description
Home Instead is looking for compassionate non-medical Care Professionals to provide care to our clients in the following cities: Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Fontana, Rialto, and Chino!
Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Alzheimer and/or Dementia care
- Incontinence care (i.e. changing adult depends, assist with toileting)
- Personal Care (i.e. sponge baths, full bed baths, etc.)
- Hospice care
- transportation (i.e. grocery store, MD appointments)
- light housekeeping
- At least 6 months of relevant experience (personal and/or professional)
- Must be at least 21 years old or older.
- Possess a valid and active driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a background check (DOJ and FBI) as required by the state of CA Department of Social Services, DMV check, and drug test
- Be able to pull, push, and lift UP TO 25 pounds
- We have a variety of shifts available with a focus on mornings and afternoons.
- Pay range $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
