We are looking for a flat-rate technician and our pay range is $35-$50 per hour, base rate. We also have a tiered pay system that increases your base rate once you turn above 40 hours a week. Some of our techs make thousands of dollars more every paycheck from the increase in their base rate from doing 80+ hours in a pay period! Don't forget about 50% paid healthcare, first year PTO availability, along with rest of our benefits package.

An automotive technician diagnoses, repairs, and performs maintenance on vehicles. They use specialized tools and equipment, including computers, to identify and fix issues, often focusing on complex problems.

  • Perform technician duties, including but not limited to courtesy vehicle inspections with photos and descriptions, oil and fluid exchange services, maintenance services, repairs, diagnostics, test drives, documentation, writing up repair orders, demonstrating needed repairs to customers in person, communicating with customers, and any other relevant duties needed in the day-to-day operations in regards to automotive repairs;
  • Be willing to communicate professionally with customers if needed, either on the phone or in person, or through digital means via text, repair order software, etc, keeping in mind the best customer experience possible;
  • Assist with keeping the shop and grounds clean, organized and well stocked for optimal performance and tidiness;
  • Opening and closing duties, including ensuring all equipment is properly stored and shut off, alarms are set, and the building is secured and no customer property is at risk of loss or damages;
  • Ability to work into a lead role that provides teaching and training to newer technicians coming on board. Lead by example!
  • And any other tasks deemed necessary to ensure the business grows and thrives with all of our best interests in mind;
  • We expect a minimum of 40 hours turned per week and will support you in providing adequate work to do so.

Performing various repairs, including engine work, electrical system repairs, brake and suspension work, and more.

Conducting routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.

Preventive Maintenance:

Identifying potential issues before they become major problems and performing preventative maintenance to avoid future repairs.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.

Formal Education: Many technicians complete programs at vocational schools or apprenticeships.

On-the-Job Training: Gaining experience through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Specialized Training: Some technicians pursue specialized training in areas like diesel engines, alternative fuels, or specific vehicle makes and models.
