Lighting Technician at Harps Food Stores – Springdale, Arkansas

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage his or her own daily workload, operate well under pressure, and balance competing priorities. Responsibilities include the installation, repair, and maintenance of lighting and electrical systems. Primary focus is to maintain store lighting.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Position Requirements

• Must be able to pass DOT physical, and obtain high lift certification.
• Must have clean driving record
• Formal electrician training
• Ability to use a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Strong customer service skills
• Moves, lifts, carries and places supplies weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Stands and/or walks frequently throughout shift
• Able and willing to climb ladders
• Overnight travel is required
• Ideally the Candidate should reside in Northeastern Arkansas or Eastern Oklahoma, but is open to all areas.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, Electrical Journeyman License
