Completion of Infusion Nursing Society Fundamentals of Infusion therapy (FIT) modules certification during orientation period 2 years direct care experience as an RN. BSN Graduates: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA) 30 days before start date. ADN Graduates: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program 30 days before the start date. Associate degree Nurses required to enroll in BSN program within 3 years of hire and complete within 5 years of hire Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License BLS at time of hire and must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) BLS must not expire during orientation Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation Record, track, and assign duties and processes to ensure appropriate billing and revenue generation, when applicable. Ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Work assignment includes variable geography (OR/WA) to include two alternate sites of care.
- Laptop, phone, vital sign equipment and organizational equipment provided for home infusion use only -to be returned upon departure from work department or extended leave.
- FTE RNs to assume a mandatory On Call component; some distance FTEs may be exempt related to distance/potential response times.
- Valid and up to date driver’s license with associated auto insurance with expectation of continued coverage throughout employment in RN role. Ability to independently drive reliable personal transportation to and from worksite, patient homes, sites of infusion care, and all work-related activities.

- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, carry, push, pull and walk throughout the work period. Able to lift 35 lbs independently. Complies with the safe patient mobilization policy when lifting or positioning dependent patients, including using mechanical lifts and coordinating the assistance of other personnel.
- Must be able to use all senses: seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and speaking; reasonable accommodations include corrective lenses and/or hearing aids.
- Must be able to deal with competing needs and priorities of internal and external customers, including making clinical judgments regarding safe conditions for patients, families, and other personnel.
- Use of all hospital approved clinical equipment. Significant use of computers, mobile phone, copiers, multi-line phones, fax, and other tech as applicable.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hospital nursing experience with direct patient care.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to send/receive email, navigate information technology associated with the position, and use Electronic Health Record information and tools.
- Recent Experience working in ambulatory infusion.
- Certified Nurse Infusion certification.
- PIV placement proficiency.
- Experience working with all vascular access devices.
