Job Description
Are you the person who can make enterprise voice systems actually work at scale? Join our team as a Modern Work Consultant – Teams Voice and support enterprise customers across the DACH region in designing and delivering modern cloud-based telephony solutions using Microsoft Teams. You will help organizations replace and modernize legacy PBX systems by building reliable, scalable, and high-quality voice communication environments.
In this role, you will work on Microsoft Teams Phone projects including PBX migrations, SIP/VoIP integrations, and enterprise voice architecture design, ensuring seamless and stable communication for complex organizations.
This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Your responsibilities- Implement and configure Microsoft Teams Phone solutions for enterprise DACH customers.
- Design scalable and resilient voice architectures for modern communication environments.
- Lead or support migrations from PBX systems to Microsoft Teams Phone.
- Integrate SIP trunks, VoIP systems, and existing telephony infrastructure into Microsoft Teams.
- Configure and manage SBCs (Session Border Controllers).
- Monitor call quality and troubleshoot issues using CQD and Call Analytics.
- Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of Teams Voice solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams on solution design and delivery.
In addition to Teams Voice, you can bring experience or interest in one of the following areas:
- SharePoint – information architecture, digital workspaces, and migration support.
- Collaboration governance – policies, lifecycle management, compliance, and Microsoft 365 standards.
- Power Platform – process automation, integration, and low-code solutions.
- AI solutions – Azure AI and Copilot scenarios for process optimization and innovation.
Must-have skills:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone in enterprise environments.
- Experience with PBX-to-Teams migration projects.
- Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and enterprise telephony architectures.
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to customer projects.
- C1-level German and strong English communication skills, both required for customer communication.
- Curiosity and interest in modern Microsoft cloud technologies.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and voice analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and security concepts.
- Experience with hybrid or cloud-based telephony architectures.
