SUMMARY: The Restaurant & Events Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant team while supporting the successful execution of onsite events. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. This role will lead the restaurant team and assist in the planning and executing of events to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the restaurant.
  • Train, coach and assist employees in the restaurant operation.
  • Plans, organizes, and direct events both initiated and hosted by THE LOT.
  • Monitor performance and recommend corrective action.
  • Alert management of potentially serious issues.
  • Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues.
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff members to accomplish successful events.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assist with monthly beverage inventory.
  • Assist with maintenance of cafe, storage, and inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage and outlet areas.
  • Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to brief staff on daily events, and coordinate pre- and post-event meetings with clients, guests, and the team to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service.
  • Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage and service other outlets departments.

Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
