KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Carry completed plates and dishes from kitchen to appropriate guest table

● Ensure guests have all service ware appropriate for their meal

● Use proper drop off description- responsible for delivering food to the appropriate guest seated at the table

● Make customer aware of any hot plates to ensure the customer’s safety

● Ensure table received the correct order and replenishes anything that is missing

● Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team

● Clear and sanitize tables for the next party.

● Maintain and restock service areas, restrooms and expo areas.

● Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and guest areas.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

● Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests

● Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture

● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

● Must be at least 18 years of age

● Minimum of 1 year experience

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

● Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.

● Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours per day.

● Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

● Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data

● Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

● Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.

● Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
