Housekeeper in Clermont, Florida at P3 Lake Louisa LLC

DEPARTMENT: Hospitality

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
To provide daily housekeeping for facilities and guests' overnight accommodations. Housekeepers will work under the supervision of the General Manager to perform cleaning and minor maintenance on assigned facilities and accommodations while ensuring efficiency and adhering to best practice standards.

COMPENSATION & STATUS:
$20-$25 per hour based on experience and duties.
Part Time.
DUTIES:
Cleaning and sanitizing rooms
Emptying trash bins
Wiping surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Dusting furniture and lamps
Making beds and changing sheets and covers
Re-staging furniture and decor.
Replenishing toiletries & hospitality supplies
Washing and folding linen and laundry
Deep cleaning canvas.
Running errands
Completing daily reports and checklists.

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
1 year previous housekeeping experience.
Ability to learn and use housekeeping management software.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift 30 pounds to chest height without assistance.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Attention to detail
Knowledge of cleaning methods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organisational and time management skills
An appropriate level of physical stamina
Customer service focus and good interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions
Possess a strong work ethic.

EQUIPMENT USED:
Housekeeping and hospitality facility equipment.
Typical office equipment (computer, fax, telephone, copier, scanner, among others).
Reservations and POS systems.
