Prep Help at Martinez Hospitality – Easton, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Worker to join our restaurant team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality meals.

Responsibilities
-Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
-Portion food items and store them properly in designated areas.
-Label and stock ingredients to maintain freshness and rotation (FIFO).
-Assist cooks and line staff with daily prep needs.
-Keep prep stations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
-Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
-Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
