Mill Shop Craftsman Needed in the Great State of Ohio in Pataskala, Ohio at Contract Lumber

Location: Pataskala, Ohio

Pay Range: $25-28/hr. (based on experience)

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible)
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Day to Day

• Operate Mill-shop equipment per work order. (i.e. table saw, bandsaw, planer, etc.).
• Keep shop clean from debris
• Safely operate a forklift as needed
• Check equipment for proper maintenance on a weekly basis
• Other duties as assigned.

Skill Set

• Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures
• Strong understanding of angles and measurements.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Detail oriented with an efficiency-based mindset.
• Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet varied demands.
