✅ Key Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' day-to-day needs and improving their quality of life. Duties include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

• Monitoring and reporting changes in client’s physical and emotional condition

• Providing mobility assistance and transferring clients safely

• Taking and recording vital signs as directed

• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare staff to provide coordinated care

• Upholding client confidentiality and Serenity Signature Health’s standards of excellence

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of Illinois

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or home health setting preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if working in home health)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and provide physical support to clients as needed
