Full-Time Café Manager – Priestess Café in Karrinyup, Western Australia at PRIESTESS

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Café Manager to join our team at Priestess Café, Karrinyup. If you’re passionate about coffee, food, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this could be the role for you!

What we’re looking for:
✨ Previous experience in a similar management role (hospitality preferred)
✨ Strong knowledge of team leadership and management
✨ Ability to create and manage rosters (experience with Deputy is a bonus!)
✨ A true people person who can inspire, train, and motivate a team
✨ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (essential)
✨ Full-time availability (38 hours per week)
✨ A positive, can-do attitude and love for that cute coffee vibe moment
