Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.

  • Motivate, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are upheld.

  • Drive sales and profitability by monitoring labor, waste, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team and ownership on menu development, promotions, and special events.

  • Maintain a culture of respect, inclusivity, and enthusiasm among the team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience (front of house or full service).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep morale high and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mentality.

  • Working knowledge of restaurant technology (POS systems, inventory software, scheduling tools).

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • ServSafe or food handler certification (preferred).
