Drive sales and profitability by monitoring labor, waste, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the culinary team and ownership on menu development, promotions, and special events.

Responsibilities
Qualifications:
1+ years of restaurant management experience (front of house or full service).
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to keep morale high and foster a positive workplace culture.
Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mentality.
Working knowledge of restaurant technology (POS systems, inventory software, scheduling tools).
Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe or food handler certification (preferred).
