We are looking for a Membership Accounting Representative!

Wellbridge owns and operates multi-sport athletic and tennis clubs in Colorado and New Mexico. Established more than 30 years ago, in 2025 we have 9 locations in 2 states.

What our Membership Accounts Representatives are all about:

Our Administrative Account Representatives are responsible for providing general administrative support to customer service call center department and receptionist support to corporate office.

Responsibilities include:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Photocopying, scanning, indexing, renaming and filing paperwork.
• Data entry, database work and word processing.
• Answer, screen and route incoming office calls on multi-line system.
• Greet and guide office visitors.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You have a proven ability to maintain confidential information.
• You have the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• You are experience with AP and AR a plus.
• You have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in general administrative/receptionist office work preferably in customer service call center environment.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows and data processing.

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Based on experience and qualifications.
