Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a 3-month+ temporary assignment to support our growing Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding service to our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule

  • Process payments through multiple channels (checks, ACH, credit card, etc.)

  • Monitor aging reports and conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts

  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies

  • Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close processes

  • Work cross-functionally with operations and customer service to resolve billing concerns

  • Maintain AR documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping

  • Support Finance team with additional administrative and reporting tasks as needed


What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines

  • Experience working in a high-volume, service-based environment a plus

Schedule & Details:
  • Duration: 3-month temporary assignment

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

  • Location: Hybrid- Bradenton Office
