Position Summary:

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service operations across a defined geographic region. This role is focused on safety and ensures timely, high-quality service delivery, manages technician performance, and drives customer satisfaction through operational excellence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all employees and drives compliance with all safety and other company policies

• Lead and manage field service teams across multiple customer sites within the assigned region.

• Ensure service delivery meets company standards for safety, quality, and responsiveness.

• Monitor technician performance, conduct ride-alongs, and provide coaching and development.

• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, and engineering to optimize resource allocation.

• Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.

• Track and report regional KPIs including response time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field service personnel.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in field service management, preferably in electrical or industrial systems.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-site operations.

• Familiarity with service management software and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Performance Indicators:

• Regional service delivery metrics (response time, completion rate)

• Technician productivity and retention

• Customer satisfaction and issue resolution

• Safety compliance and incident reduction
