Job Description

Amazon Connect Developer

📍 Location: Woodlawn, MD – Onsite 5 Days/Week

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong AWS Cloud and Contact Center development experience.

Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of AWS Cloud / Enterprise experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
  • Strong experience with IVR, ACD, Call Routing & Skill-Based Routing
  • Development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
  • AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS, EventBridge
  • Experience with Chatbots, NLP, or Conversational AI preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

⭐ Federal Government experience is preferred.
