JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the working condition of all terminal automated mailing equipment and the safety of its use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup the use of tools and equipment prior to production for optimum safety levels.
- Basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair automated mailing equipment.
- Work with vendors and other internal groups to resolve maintenance issues.
- Train operations employees on proper use and basic maintenance of automation machines.
- Submit reports and participate in weekly Tech calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in manufacturing or automated distribution facility.
- Basic Mechanical (including Hydraulics and Pneumatics), Electrical, and Computer Skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial machines operating principles.
- Experience/Ability to work with CMMS.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Safety oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and maintain proficiency for MS Office Word, Excel, and Skype
- Ability to communicate via verbal or written methods with operators, supervisors, engineering.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexible with scheduling based on business need.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Walk, bend, push, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. (additional weight may be required with assistance)
- Ability to sit and stand for hours at a time.
- Noise level generated from other distribution activity can be somewhat loud at times, but no damaging levels or protective equipment required.
- Temperature in the distribution center can vary greatly from warm to cool.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs, ladders and scaffolds and work at various stages of heights throughout the building.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst partners with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance through analytics, forecasting, CRM optimization, reporting, and process improvement. This role supports strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights while driving operational excellence across the commercial organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Analyze revenue, margin, customer profitability, pricing performance, and sales productivity.
- Build forecasting models and monitor pipeline health.
- Perform win/loss analysis and identify commercial growth opportunities.
- Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive leadership presentations.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
- Own weekly pipeline reporting and sales forecasting processes.
- Support territory planning, quota management, and sales process improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related experience.
- Knowledge of pricing analytics, forecasting, and customer profitability preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with CRMs and sales reporting (Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Physical demands are consistent with professional office setting
- Regular sitting at workstation for 75-100% of the work shift
- Travel required (<10%)

Pay Range: $33.32 - $48/hour plus shift differential, if applicable. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay range may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
