Job Description
We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee and elevate our hospital-wide Quality Management and Risk Management programs. In this vital leadership role, you will serve as the primary expert on clinical quality standards, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across our acute care, psychiatric, and long-term care facilities. You will collaborate closely with medical staff, executives, and department personnel to foster a high standard of patient care, operational excellence, and continuous survey readiness.

Beyond the data, you will serve as an essential mentor and resource to physicians and hospital staff—building proactive quality improvement plans, streamlining authorization and appeal processes, and driving a culture of safety and accountability.
