General Cleaner (5:30pm - 2:00am) in Minnesota at Building Resources Inc

Core Responsibilities

• Floors and Surfaces: Sweep, mop, and vacuum hard floors, rugs, and carpets.
• Sanitation: Scrub and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks, and high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, and railings).
• Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture, window sills, baseboards, vents, and light fixtures.
• Trash Management: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in proper receptacles
• Restocking Supplies: Refill paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and guest or office amenities.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate vacuums, mops, carts and cleaning solutions, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, crouch, reach, and lift equipment or supplies (often up to 25–40 lbs).
• Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in cleaning and an eye for detail.
• Reliability and Independence: Punctuality, trustworthiness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with basic cleaning chemicals, safety guidelines, and proper equipment handling.
