Essential Job Functions:

Operate track hoes, loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery to move, transport, and position pipe materials and other equipmentAssist in supervising and coordinating the work of team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to required standardsComplete daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediatelyMonitor daily activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulationsMonitor the quality of work performed by team members, ensuring it meets project specifications and standardsAssist in managing an organized and clean work site environment, addressing any hazards or obstructionsDocument and report any incidents or issues that occurMaintain a high level of quality workMaintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all timesFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasksPerform other duties as assignedRepresent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

2+ years’ experience as a foremanAbility to communicate and convey information effectivelyMust be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 poundsKnowledge of OSHA StandardsAbility to obtain Arsenal and FBI Badge preferred, but not requiredAbility to travel between job sites as requiredWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as requiredWork weekends and overtime as neededCommitted to attending work each dayAble to pass a pre-employment drug screen
