Available Shift: | Day Shift | 4:00 AM – 4:15 PM | 2-2-3 schedule
Hourly Pay: $34/hour

Position Overview:
Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in the success of our operation. Your expertise helps ensure production equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready to perform.
In this role, you'll diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility. You'll work with a variety of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems while helping minimize downtime and maximize operational performance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting complex problems, and finding solutions that make a lasting impact.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Your day may begin with reviewing maintenance priorities, inspecting equipment, and addressing work orders from the previous shift. As production ramps up, you'll respond to equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and work closely with operations teams to keep production running efficiently.
Throughout the shift, you'll troubleshoot systems, identify root causes, recommend improvements, and help maintain a safe and reliable work environment. No two days are exactly alike, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues
- Support PLC and PC-based troubleshooting efforts
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including OSHA, PPE, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Arc Flash requirements
- Maintain and support facility infrastructure, utilities, and critical building systems
- Accurately document maintenance activities within the CMMS system
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
- Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational performance

- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
Preferred:
- 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
- Education – 2-year degree from a technical or trade school
