Direct Supervisor
This role reports directly to the Clinical Director.
Summary
The Center Administrator role is responsible for the coaching and supervision of employees within the centers. This role is intended to provide direct support to BTs and RBTs on day-to-day basis.
Essential Functions/Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA EI Center
- Create and maintain a positive, high energy work environment for all staff
- Maintain inventory of center materials and supplies. Order supplies according to budget.
- Communicate center closures with families and employees
- Maintain Brightwheel app for center families
- Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment
- Employee coaching, supervision, management
- Approve/deny PTO requests and ensure company policies are followed
- Escalate complaints as needed
- Coordinate related services (Speech and OT)
- Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program
- Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs
- Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions
- Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages
- Call families to cancel sessions, if needed
- Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback
- Create and maintain employee retention programs
- Perform other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma and 3+ years of RBT experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite software.
- Ability to learn the Central Reach software system to access all relevant documents/information
- Managerial and coaching experience.
- Active pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
