Accountabilities:
  • Support project management teams in coordinating schedules, deliverables, financial tracking, risk assessments, and mitigation planning across multiple projects.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project controls tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate project performance monitoring.
  • Compile and analyze project data, including budgets, staffing plans, contract backlogs, and schedule status updates.
  • Develop and distribute regular project reports to support leadership decision-making and client communication.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with internal standards, client requirements, and established procedures.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Support contract processing, project setup activities, and documentation management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and support schedule adherence.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and client representatives for reporting and coordination purposes.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in project-related roles, ideally including project controls, planning, or scheduling.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (engineering, project management, or similar discipline).
  • Strong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (and/or Access) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Motivated, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support evolving project needs.
  • Preferred: experience in the power or nuclear industry, or exposure to engineering/project environments.
  • Preferred: progress toward or attainment of certifications such as AACE, CCP, PSP, or PMI equivalents.
  • Ability to support occasional travel for client or project coordination meetings.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation range: $100,019 – $152,807 annually.
  • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life, accident, and disability insurance protection.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and pre-tax commuter benefits.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Tuition assistance, professional development, and licensure support programs.
  • Employee assistance program and wellness support resources (including backup daycare).
  • Employee discounts, referral bonuses, and recognition programs.
  • Additional financial and wellbeing benefits including HSA/FSA options and scholarship programs.
