Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to support territory strategy, resource allocation, and complex enterprise deal execution
  • Act as a senior technical advisor on strategic opportunities, translating customer needs into scalable and supportable solution designs
  • Oversee the development of standardized and tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows and business outcomes
  • Ensure solution positioning effectively communicates value across valuation, analytics, APIs, workflow tools, and data platforms
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align implementation readiness and deployment planning
  • Support seamless transitions from pre-sales to onboarding by ensuring accurate technical scoping and solution handoff
  • Act as a key feedback loop between customers and internal teams to influence product roadmap and solution improvements
  • Identify technical risks and adoption barriers in collaboration with Customer Success teams
  • Maintain deep expertise in real estate and mortgage technology ecosystems, including valuation and collateral risk workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading, scaling, or mentoring Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams
  • Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting roles
  • Experience in real estate technology, mortgage technology, financial services, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise environments
  • Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive and operational stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience engaging with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, frameworks, and pre-sales methodologies
  • Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow platforms, and cloud-based architectures
  • Preferred: experience with valuation models, appraisal modernization, UAD, or collateral risk management
  • Preferred: background in SaaS or analytics-driven sales environments and customer success collaboration

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $105,300 – $137,200 annually depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility including profit-sharing and referral programs
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and fully paid vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness programs
  • Short-term disability coverage fully paid by the company
  • Health savings contributions for eligible plans
  • Access to virtual healthcare and mental health platforms
  • Career development and skill-building resources
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on impact in real estate decision-making
