This role is focused on ensuring the continuous availability and performance of mission-critical video monitoring systems within a high-reliability NOC environment. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident response, and technical troubleshooting of video infrastructure and associated devices. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational stability for systems that support security, surveillance, and access control operations. You will interact closely with customers and operational teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The environment is highly structured, SLA-driven, and centered on proactive support and continuous service improvement. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for professionals experienced in networking, video systems, and field infrastructure who thrive in operational support environments.
- Monitor video systems and related infrastructure within a NOC environment, ensuring continuous operation and rapid identification of incidents.
- Provide Level 1 technical support, including diagnosis and resolution of failures in video devices and monitoring systems.
- Manage support tickets end to end, including creation, tracking, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Provide remote operational support and collaborate with Customer Service Management teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform troubleshooting of video infrastructure, including CCTV, alarms, access control systems, cabling, and fiber optics.
- Generate and maintain technical and operational reports, including corrective and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Monitor network and system performance, supporting diagnostics across IP networks and video transmission environments.
- Escalate complex incidents when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution within SLA guidelines.
- Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Networking.
- Active CFT certification.
- Experience in video infrastructure, including CCTV, monitoring systems, alarms, and access control systems.
- Knowledge of fiber optic networks and structured cabling environments.
- Understanding of IP networking concepts, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, and MPLS.
- Previous experience in NOC environments and system monitoring operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting in distributed and mission-critical environments.
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversational).
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure in operational environments.
