  • Generate accurate insurance quotes across multiple carriers and clearly explain coverage options to clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.

  • Maintain queue readiness and manage communications efficiently to ensure timely response to clients and sales teams.
  • Track performance against KPIs such as conversion rates and contact handling expectations.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including quoting tools, CRM platforms, and communication systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or a related industry.
  • Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers and state insurance regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and perform accurate data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated workspace, stable internet connection, and availability during standard business hours.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: USD $40,519 – $70,777, depending on experience and location.
  • Performance-based incentives, bonus programs, and referral rewards.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and volunteer days.
  • Flexible remote work across the United States.
  • Training programs, tuition assistance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Employee recognition programs and career growth pathways.
