In this role, you will lead front-end architecture and engineering strategy across modern web and mobile applications, driving innovation, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. The position combines strategic decision-making with active development, allowing you to influence both product direction and engineering culture. You will partner closely with product, DevOps, and design teams to deliver high-performance applications at scale. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern front-end ecosystems, mentoring teams, and building elegant, scalable digital experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the architecture and development of scalable front-end solutions across web and mobile platforms using technologies such as React, Next.js, and React Native.
  • Drive the evolution of shared design systems, component libraries, and monorepo strategies to ensure consistency, scalability, and development efficiency.
  • Optimize application performance across accessibility, SEO, caching, rendering, and bundle management while ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, UX/UI, and backend engineering to deliver reliable, production-grade applications.
  • Mentor and guide front-end engineers globally, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and best engineering practices.
  • Define technical direction for modern front-end architectures, experimentation frameworks, analytics integrations, and scalable deployment strategies.
  • Contribute hands-on to production code, architectural reviews, and technical problem-solving in a high-growth environment.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of high-performing front-end engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Proven experience designing scalable applications and front-end architectures used by large user bases.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, monorepo architectures, micro-frontends, and cross-platform UI development.
  • Experience working with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations effectively.
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments while remaining hands-on with coding and architecture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical engineering experience.
