  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable feedback that supports business and go-to-market strategy evolution.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams in mid-market, enterprise, or complex solution-selling environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative and multi-solution sales methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales performance analytics.
  • Experience managing procurement-driven and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales management practices.

  • Ability to motivate, scale, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in public sector, government, or regulated industries is considered a plus.
