This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives commercialization and revenue growth across a major healthcare-focused business unit.
You will lead a high-performing team responsible for product positioning, go-to-market execution, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The role requires deep understanding of healthcare solutions, buyer personas, and market dynamics to craft compelling messaging and differentiation strategies.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across launches and growth initiatives.
This position plays a key role in strengthening brand equity, increasing market visibility, and improving marketing-driven pipeline performance.
It is a highly strategic and cross-functional leadership role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on healthcare transformation.
- Lead and define the product marketing strategy, prioritizing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth across business units.
- Oversee positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategy to ensure strong product differentiation and alignment with market needs and buyer personas.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Manage marketing performance metrics, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), bookings contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Own budgeting, advertising strategy, and allocation of resources across digital, print, social media, and industry events.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and customer insight initiatives to continuously refine positioning and strategy.
- Collaborate with analytics and cross-functional partners to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data handling standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 8+ years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end product marketing and commercialization strategies in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, buyer persona development, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $170,900 to $198,000 USD, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
