Role Description

NetPlanner is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Intern to support our marketing team this summer (up to 20 hours per week). This role will focus on planning, capturing, and producing engaging video content that brings our brand, people, and projects to life across multiple platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in video storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, website, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts that highlight our team, culture, and work in a compelling way.
• Capture footage on-site and in-office as needed.
• Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Content Strategy Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign goals.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all video assets.
• Stay up to date on video trends and recommend new ideas for content.

Additional Marketing Support

• Assist with organizing and managing video assets and file libraries.
• Support creation of supporting graphics or thumbnails for video content.
• Help with general marketing initiatives as needed, including campaigns and event preparation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and composition for video.
• Strong storytelling instincts and creative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
