In this role, you will manage high-impact paid media campaigns from end to end while serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients. The position combines strategic campaign planning, hands-on execution, performance analysis, and creative messaging development in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will work closely with clients to drive lead generation and appointment-setting performance while collaborating with creative and operational teams to optimize outcomes. If you enjoy balancing analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and client relationship management, this position offers an excellent platform for long-term career growth and impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy and performance communication.
  • Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign results, discuss optimization strategies, and align on business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports prior to scheduled client calls.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to meet cost-per-appointment and conversion goals.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop actionable recovery strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging variations, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to improve campaign workflows and accelerate content creation processes.
  • Configure tracking systems, Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing processes.
  • Resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms, tracking infrastructure, and client systems.
  • Build long-term client relationships that support retention, referrals, and account growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated success achieving campaign performance goals and maintaining strong client retention.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience developing ad copy and conversion-focused scripts.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, attribution systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting funnels, particularly within high-ticket or considered purchase industries.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodologies and direct-response advertising principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability.
  • Comfortable managing direct client relationships and balancing both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to results and client success.
  • Ongoing training and professional development support.
  • Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing performance marketing environment.
  • Exposure to advanced advertising technologies, automation systems, and AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture with strong career advancement potential.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy over client strategy and campaign execution.
