Job Summary:
Performs duties as assigned by the Marketing and Communications Director, including but not limited to leading the execution and ongoing optimization of Forrest Health’s digital strategy across external and internal digital platforms. This position plays a critical role in supporting both internal and external communications by overseeing external email communications, website and intranet updates, digital advertising, and online forms, while ensuring accurate, timely, and brand-aligned messaging across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator partners closely with Marketing and Communications stakeholders to ensure digital content and platforms effectively support organizational messaging, employee engagement, and community outreach.
The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator applies modern, AI-informed search optimization practices—including SEO and emerging search technologies—to improve discoverability, relevance, and performance across digital and communications channels, and supports digital marketing initiatives that advance organizational goals. Serving as the primary operational lead for departmental digital platforms and technologies, this role manages and supports systems such as HubSpot, Geonetric, GoDaddy, Jotform, and the organization’s intranet platform. The position also coordinates vendor relationships, contracts, and digital budgets, provides departmental platform and technology support through help desk request management, and participates in vendor meetings to drive continuous improvement. Through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, the Digital Coordinator contributes to the effectiveness, consistency, and impact of Forrest Health’s marketing and communications efforts.

- Translates organizational goals and communications priorities into effective digital strategies.
- Uses performance data, digital trends, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Ensures digital execution aligns with Forrest Health’s brand, messaging, and communications standards.
- Maintains accurate, accessible, and up-to-date content across external websites and the intranet.
- Ensures effective operation and integration of digital forms, landing pages, and registration tools.
- Manages digital platforms and assets in compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Monitors analytics and key performance indicators to optimize digital content and campaign performance.
- Delivers clear, actionable performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement in digital engagement, usability, and reach.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Exhibits accountability, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and communications strategy, including website management, email marketing, digital advertising, and online user experience.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or a related field required.
- Hands-on experience managing websites, intranets, digital forms, email communications, and digital campaigns; experience working with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital vendors.
