This role sits at the intersection of supply chain leadership, vendor management, and large-scale infrastructure program delivery, supporting hyperscale data center environments. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment and connectivity materials are properly planned, tracked, and delivered across complex, multi-site programs. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across vendor coordination, material controls, reporting, and team leadership. You will act as a key connector between suppliers, procurement teams, construction stakeholders, and internal program leaders to ensure operational alignment. A strong focus is placed on data accuracy, process optimization, and risk mitigation across the supply chain lifecycle. You will also lead and mentor teams supporting execution and reporting activities. This is a high-impact role where operational discipline and leadership directly influence large-scale infrastructure success.
You will lead vendor coordination, equipment and connectivity material controls, and cross-functional program execution to ensure supply chain accuracy, performance, and delivery across large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison for equipment and connectivity vendors across multiple programs and campuses.
- Oversee procurement coordination, material availability, and vendor performance tracking.
- Manage equipment and material control processes, ensuring alignment between demand signals and inventory or supply availability.
- Coordinate fulfillment gap resolution activities and escalate supply chain risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead data reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence initiatives to support operational decision-making.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies across systems of record.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge management resources for scalable operations.
- Lead, mentor, and guide analysts, coordinators, and junior consultants supporting program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across procurement, logistics, construction, and vendor teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor performance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong supply chain expertise, vendor management experience, and leadership capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, material controls, program management, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Strong experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, and supply chain risk management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage vendors, technical teams, and leadership effectively.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with hyperscale data center, telecommunications, or infrastructure programs preferred.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, automation, and operational workflows.
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 – $145,000 per year (remote, US-based)
