  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor performance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements

This role requires strong supply chain expertise, vendor management experience, and leadership capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, material controls, program management, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, and supply chain risk management.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage vendors, technical teams, and leadership effectively.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hyperscale data center, telecommunications, or infrastructure programs preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, automation, and operational workflows.

  • Remote work flexibility
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
